Pamalea Josephine “Pam” Fitchett, 69, of Winamac, IN went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 7, 2021. She passed away at Northwest Health Porter Hospital in Valparaiso, IN with her daughter by her side.
Pam was born on August 3, 1951 in Medaryville, IN at her grandparent’s home. She was a 1969 graduate of Kouts High School in Kouts, IN.
In 1980, Pam earned an Associate’s Degree from Indiana Business College in Marion, IN. She retired from CVS in North Judson, IN in 2008 where she had made her career as a pharmacy technician.
Pam married the love of her life, Rev. Carl S. Fitchett, on August 23, 2008. They had eleven great years together and enjoyed traveling when they were able. Carl passed away on October 12, 2019.
Pam was a devoted Christian woman and member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Denham, IN. Her faith led her to sobriety in 1991 and over the years, she proudly sponsored others who struggled with alcohol addiction.
Pam enjoyed spending time with her friends, especially weekly Bible study. She loved her family very much, especially spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pam will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM EDT Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Denham, IN with Rev. Joel Zipay officiating.
Burial will take place at Highland Cemetery in North Judson, IN.
