Lori Lynn Thompson Craft, 53, of Rochester passed away on August 2, 2021 at her residence.

On September 7, 1967, Lori Lynn Hill was born in Rochester.  She was a treasured daughter of Jackie Lee and Carol Sue Pierce Hill. Growing up she shared her childhood with a sister Crissy and a brother Jon.

In 1985 she graduated from Rochester High School. Continuing her education at Ivy Tech, to achieve her life dream of becoming a nurse she earned a Registered Nursing degree in 1994. Lori worked at Life Care Center for 10 years.

As a Grandma Lori cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. Whether it keeping track on Facebook or celebrating the holidays and birthdays with her family there was nothing better than time with her grands.   To relax Lori enjoyed bicycling and swinging.

Left to cherish Lori's memory are a daughter, Jayci P. Martin and husband Erick, three sons Cody Thompson and girlfriend Tierney Lloyd, Chayse Thompson and wife Brittney, Travis Thompson; two grandchildren Rhemi Thompson, Coden Thompson all of Rochester; sister Crissy Hill of Mesa, AZ; brother Jon Hill and wife Dorothy of Rochester and her loving calico feline companion, Bonanza.

Preceding Lori in death are her parents.

A celebration of the life of Lori Thompson Craft will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 9, 2021 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th Street, Rochester. 

Her family will receive friends an hour prior to her service.  Pastor Terry Baldwin will officiate.
