Alvin K. Stout, 65, of Winamac

Alvin K. Stout, 65, of Winamac, IN went home to be with the Lord at 5:00 AM Monday, December 6, 2021. 

 

He passed away peacefully at the Pulaski Health Care Center in Winamac following a brave battle with cancer. 

 

Alvin was born on July 27, 1956 in Knox, IN to Kedrick and Gertrude [Bleicher] Stout.  He graduated from West Central High School in 1975.  Alvin was a lifelong farmer and spent 27 years working for the State Highway.

 

Alvin was a member of the First Baptist Church in Francesville and the American Motorcycle Association.  He was also a licensed pilot.   He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, farming, and flying.  Alvin especially enjoyed his daily breakfast group with his friends (usually at Kosta’s and Oak Grove) and his monthly dinner group with his highway department friends (at various places).  He cherished his many friends at One Eyed Jacks as well.   He will be dearly missed by his friends and family.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM EST Monday, December 13, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Francesville with Pastor Dennis Gutwein officiating. 

 

Burial will be take place at White Post Cemetery in Medaryville, IN. 

 

Visitation will be from 2-6 PM EST Sunday, December 12, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Francesville and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.

 

Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church in Francesville.
