Gail A. Urbin 59, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 2:08 A.M. Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Indiana University Arnett Hospital, Lafayette, Indiana.

She was born on October 2, 1962 in Rochester, Indiana, the daughter of Gerald M. and Betty J. (Warfield) Urbin. On December 8, 2007 in Rochester, Indiana, she married John Kelley. He preceded her in death on December 10, 2021.

Gail for many years owned and operated All About Pets pet store in downtown Rochester and was currently operating Barking in Style pet grooming. Gail’s passion in life was caring for animals.

Survivors include her siblings, Ned (Eunice) Urbin, Kewanna, Indiana, Madge (Phil) Smitley, Bunker Hill, Indiana, Alma Halterman, Rochester, Indiana, Larry (Brenda) Urbin, Rochester, Indiana, Rex (Glenda) Urbin, Kewanna, Indiana, Dale (Annette) Urbin, Logansport, Indiana, Nanette (Dennis) Stark, Winamac, Indiana, step-son, John (Keri) Kelley, Portsmouth, Ohio, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Brian Urbin.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at the Fulton Cemetery, Fulton, Indiana.
