Kathleen Y. “Kathy” Hewitt-Hanna, 69, of Star City, formerly of Morocco, IN, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Methodist Hospital Southlake Campus in Merrillville, IN.
She was born on May 11, 1952 to John and Barbara [Lutz] Williams. As a child, she attended Morocco Elementary School and Morocco Methodist Church. Her family later moved to New Mexico, and she completed high school there.
Kathy graduated from beauty college and enjoyed being a beautician. On December 27, 2003, Kathy married Jerry L. Hanna in Logansport, IN.
Kathy was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Winamac. She had a soft spot for cats and dogs. She really enjoyed riding around in the lawn mower and golf cart. Most of all, Kathy loved her family very much.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM EST Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Winamac, IN with Pastor Tom Woodley officiating.
Graveside Services will take place 3:30 PM EST Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Oakland Cemetery in Morocco, IN.
Burial will take place at Oakland Cemetery in Morocco, IN.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Luke Lutheran Church.
