Patricia Carol “Trish” Willoughby, 49, of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022 due to complications from health issues.
She is survived by her sister, Jonetta Stevens; two nieces, Ashley Bessesen and Melissa Buzzard; one nephew, Michael Stevens; and her partner, Sheena Hinman.
Trish will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
No Services will be held.
Cremation Arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN.
