Mary Ann Campbell-Roark, 61, Peru, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022, at her residence.  

Born August 18, 1960, in Phoenix, Arizona, she was the daughter of Billy Ray Campbell and Joann Ann McCarthy Berenschot.  She was married to William Roark on November 2, 2008, and he preceded her in death.  She was a dental assistant by trade having graduated from Bio-Systems Institute in Tempe, Arizona.  

Survivors include her daughter, DaNielle Jonae Campbell, Peru; and brother, Edward Campbell, Logansport; niece, Desiree Campbell, Arizona; her bonus daughters, Lacy Housel, Peru; and Tammie (Ray) Porter, Peru; bonus sons, Dana (Donna) Shanabarger, Mishawaka; and Josh Hartleroad, Peru; and bonus brother, Benny Beekman, Peru. 

She was preceded in death by her son; Jacob Paul Campbell; and step-father, Albert Berenschot; and brothers, Jerry and David Campbell. 

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Thursday, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana, with Pastor Billy Sheets officiating.  

Burial will follow in Reyburn Cemetery, Peru. 

Vistitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday, at the funeral home.
