Phebe Elizabeth “Liz” Ulery, 78, of Star City, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at her home.
She was born on November 1, 1943 to the late Elmer Lyman and Cleora Mae [Raymer] Gunion. Liz was a graduate of Star City High School.
On May 23, 1981, she married Robert Leon Ulery in Carrabelle, FL. Liz was a talented seamstress who was well known for her quilt making. She loved her family very much and will be sadly missed.

Visitation will be from 5-7 PM EDT Monday, August 29, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM EDT Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac with Chaplain Tim Lee officiating.
Burial will be held at 2 PM EDT Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in North Manchester, IN.
Memorial Contributions may be made to First Baptist Church in Winamac.
