Catherine "Cathy" Amelia (Bowles) Lee, 58 of Mentone

Catherine "Cathy" Amelia (Bowles) Lee, 58 of Mentone,  passed away on September 8, 2022 at 12:23 p.m. at her residence.

 

On June 26, 1964 in Fort Wayne, Indiana she was born to James H. Bowles Jr. and Sandra K. (Glenn) Bowles. She had lived in Mentone community since 1991, having came from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

 

Cathy was a factory worker having worked at Crystal Lake Egg Products, Atwood, Indiana.

 

Cathy attended Harrison Center Church, Etna Green, Indiana; she was a licensed Bench Judge with (UKC) United Kennel Club and served as the secretary of the Silver Lake Coon Hunters Club. Cathy had been a member of the Nappanee Raceway and Harnessed Raced with the I.T.P.A.

 

She was a graduate of Columbia City High School with the class of 1982.

 

Cathy is survived by her Husband – Tim Lee of Mentone, Indiana

 

Daughters – Ashley N. Caudill and husband Harry of Silver Lake, Indiana; Amanda Lee of Warsaw, Indiana

 

Sons- Jerrad Schlemmer of Pierceton, Indiana; Zachary Lee and wife Stephanie of Pierceton, Indiana

 

9 Grandchildren

Sisters – Denise Carroll and husband John of Columbia City, Indiana; Sandra Bowles-Johnson of Memphis, Tennessee

Aunt – Allison Furge and husband AJ of Fort Wayne, Indiana

Uncle – Denny Glenn and wife Anita of Lima, Ohio

She is preceded in death by her: Parents; Brother – James H. Bowels III

 

Friends may visit with the family on Sunday September 11, 2022 from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Harrison Center Church, 965 800 W., Etna Green, Indiana. 

Memorial Services will be held following the visitation on Sunday September 11, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Mark Burritt of Harrison Center church.
