Thomas Lee “Toby” Williams, 46, of Winamac, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at home. 

He was born on September 30, 1976 in Arcadia, FL to John H. and Shirley A. [Thompson] Williams. 

Toby graduated from Winamac High School.  He was always a free spirit who enjoyed living his life to the fullest.
