Shirley F. Dunkel, 76, of LaGrange

Shirley F. Dunkel, 76, of LaGrange, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at her home surrounded by family. 

She was born on April 6, 1947 at the family farm in rural Winamac.  Shirley attended Pulaski Grade/High School. 

On September 3, 1988, she married James A. Dunkel in LaGrange.  She worked at Ohio Table Pad Co. in LaGrange for many years until retirement.  Shirley enjoyed reading, going on walks, and spending time with her family. 

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be from 4-8 PM EDT Friday, August 18, 2023 at Frain Mortuary (305 E. Main St. Winamac, IN 46996).

Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM EDT Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Bell Center Bible Church (11971 E. SR 16 Burnettsville, IN 47926) withPastor Ed Roller officiating. 

Burial will take place at Koster Cemetery in Francesville, IN. 

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
