Harry H. Zink, 82, of Orland, Indiana, passed away October 18, 2023, at 11:20 a.m. at his residence following a brief illness. On January 4, 1941, in Argos, Indiana he was born to Rome Zink and Evelyn (Bowell) Zink. Harry lived in Orland, Indiana for the past 4 years, having lived in Sebring, Florida 15 years prior.

On April 25, 2009, he married Sharon Kay Rice and together they shared the next 14 years.

Harry worked as a Print Setter for numerous newspapers and installed computers. He was a graduate of Argos High School with the class of 1959 and served his country in the United States Navy from February 28, 1962, to December 9, 1966, when he received his honorable discharge.

Harry is survived by his wife – Sharon Zink of Orland, Indiana

Children – Heather Kelly and husband John of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Michael Zink of Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.

2 grandchildren – Timothy Kelly and Sara Kelly 

Step-children – Sheryl Feltner of Orland, Indiana; Lori Patrick of South Whitley, Indiana; and Krista Ames and husband Chip of Houghton Lake, Michigan

8 Step grandchildren   

He is preceded in death by his Parents, Sisters – Mary Dusek and Martha Zink

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday November 11, 2023, from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. at the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos.   

Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Robert E. Rice Jr. and the United States Navy Honor Guard and the James Lowell Corey American Legion Post #68, Argos, will be conducting military honors.

Burial will take place at a later date in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos.
