North Miami scored five times in the eighth to escape Rochester with a 13-8 TRC softball win.

A six-run third inning put North Miami in the drivers seat early, 7-1.  It was 8-2 going into the bottom of the 6th when Rochester (4-7, 0-2 TRC) erupted with six runs to tie the game, 8-8.  From there, it went extras until North Miami pulled away and won it in the 8th and final inning.

Rochester's Kylie Coleman was 4-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored.  Madison Heinzmann also drove in a pair of runs.

North Miami outhit the Zebras, 19-15.
