Isabel Scales big night propelled Caston to a girls basketball road win Tuesday night.  

#9 (1A) Caston knocked off Peru, 59-51.  Scales led the Comets with 29 points, 11 rebounds and seven steals.

Caston (3-0) will host 19th-ranked (1A) North White on Friday.

Argos dropped a 40-36 decision to visiting #13 (1A) Triton.  Emma Dunlap led Argos with 12 points.

Tippecanoe Valley (3-0) used an 18-6 fourth quarter to pull away from Culver Academy, 42-33.  Corinna Styles had 11 points for the Vikings.

Westville edged Winamac (0-2), 37-35, despite 17 points from Kandace Kroft.
