Rochester and Culver will get the holiday weekend underway with a boys basketball rivalry game tonight on GIANT fm Sports.

The Zebras and Cavaliers have met in the opener since the 2000-2001 season.  Rochester has won 16 of those 21 meetings and the last five in a row.

Rochester was 9-13 last season and dropped its last five games.

Head coach Rob Malchow enters his sixth season with a more veteran unit.

Malchow says game one is always a feeling out process.
