Ahearing in the Alyssa Shepherd case has been moved to a new date.

Shepherd was scheduled to appear in court this week.  However, the restitution hearing has been continued to March 10 due to Shepherd’s pending Motion Seeking Transfer to the Indiana Supreme Court.

Shepherd is currently serving her sentence related to the death of three children and serious injuries to a fourth in the 2018 Fulton County school bus stop accident.
